About the Job
- As we expand our services, we are looking for a skilled Blockchain Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our cross-border payment infrastructure on crypto rails.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based payment solutions to enable cross-border transactions.
- Lead the architecture and development of secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to integrate blockchain technology seamlessly into our platform.
- Ensure the security and reliability of the blockchain network, including smart contract development and deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing and audits of blockchain code to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and incorporate best practices into the development process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on payment systems and cross-border transactions.
- Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Stellar, Tezos or other relevant platforms.
- Experience with smart contract development, particularly in Solidity or similar languages.
- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security protocols related to blockchain.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale blockchain solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrating blockchain technology into existing financial systems.
- Knowledge of web3 technology and its applications in credit building.
- Prior experience with payment processing or financial software platforms.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
