We are recruiting to fill the position below:
1.) Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for the following;
- Daily cash sales reconciliation
- Check the daily F & Brevenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average checks.
- Posting of cash vouchers to general ledger/cash reconciliation
- Month – End / mid-month statistics report
- Daily bar stock inventory & sales statistics reconciliation
- Daily reconciliation of room / front office reports
- Posting of daily POS transactions & POS reconciliation with Opera report
- Vetting of dockets (Restaurant docket reconciliation)
- Assist in accounts payable (uploading online payments for vendors)
- Conducting monthly Focus / departmental audit
- Ensure all LPOs are approved and processed promptly
- Ensure costs are within budget and negotiate pricing and favorable payment terms
- Post all invoices received and issued using material control
- General stock management & control
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Certification added advantage (ACA/ICAN)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

2.) Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Design and improve maintenance strategies, policies, and methods.
- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is in good working condition.
- Procurement of fittings and any specialized components or fixtures needed to repair.
- Managing the maintenance cost by ensuring all vendor-related invoices are vetted and recorded carrying out inspection on vendor jobs and ensuring quality and accountability of contract terms.
- Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.
- Read work orders to determine the type of maintenance required i.e. preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on the facility (lighting, ACs, water system, and distribution box), factory (finishing tables, sealing machines, etc.), and utility (boilers, generators, etc.) equipment.
- Implement the best safety at all times in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee and direct preventive maintenance activities among the maintenance team.
- Check daily and maintain the condition of all production equipment and machines.
- Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; and monitoring compliance.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Supervise the implementation of preventative/annual equipment maintenance programs, reducing equipment downtime and spoilage significantly.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provide technical advice and solutions for equipment issues.
- Coach and provide guidance to the maintenance team on maintenance activities.
- Drive route cause analyses over machine or process safety failures.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions, or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary, and adherence to Company policies.

3.) Job Title: Hotel Accountant
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Financial Control Responsibilities:
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
- Review and appraise the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation.
- Identify the risks that a business faces and develop preventive strategies.
- Provide training on policy and controls.
- Audits on par stock in all areas to make sure that all required hotel supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need.
- Reviewing the Fixed assets register from time to time, physical asset count exercise.
- Supervise the physical Stock positions
- Checking of payroll such as overtime, Leave allowance, incentives, etc.
- Evaluating accounting processes audit trail.
- Tax and Regulatory Affairs – Ensure all tax and regulatory filings are made promptly.
- Review Vendor creation, Customer Creation (Agreements), and Credit setting for customers.
- Credit control (Receivables, staff floats outstanding).
- Field force expenses management and control.
- Checking of Consumption vs Bill of materials to detect and eliminate any shortages/pilferages.
- Checking the asset disposal bidding process.
- All Other duties as assigned by the Management.
