Job Summary

• A Branch Manager (BM) will be expected to initiate, maintain, and deepen new/existing business relationships as a primary core function.
• The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and driving business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial sector, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• This will involve speaking (face-to-face, telephone, virtually, etc.) to a specified minimum number of profile- matched, interested individuals with a prime objective of making them invest in our financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Proven experience in a managerial role, financial institution, preferably in a branch setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial performance and drive sales growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
