What will you do?

• We will equip you with the practical skills and experience you need to hit the ground running. Immerse yourself in a dynamic tech culture, tackle real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Business Analysis including requirement gathering, documentation and data analysis. Responsibilities:

• Learn and participate in gathering and analyzing business information to address business needs.
• Assist in providing an objective, data-backed view of the business and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct basic analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, and provide preliminary strategic recommendations derived from these findings.
• Take part in discussion between the business and IT, assisting with prioritization and supporting meetings and workshops.
• Learn to provide cost-benefit analysis for business cases.
• Assist in creating stability during change to maintain operational integrity.
• Participate in client-facing meetings for status updates and communications.
• Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field. Only fresh or recently graduated candidates will be considered.
• Good grip on Software principles and fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of business documentation, including process mapping and requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira for creating and managing user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environment.
