Job Description

• We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business and Sales Manager at Cirvee in Ibadan.
• This role is pivotal in driving sales, developing business partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the academy.
• The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing and have proven expertise in sales, business development, and forming strategic partnerships.
• This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who excels in communication, has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and can effectively close deals.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Ibadan
• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and exceeding sales targets
• Advanced digital skills, particularly in digital marketing
• Strong background in business development with a proven track record in forming successful partnerships
• Exceptional customer service and customer experience skills
• Proficiency in retail sales with a successful history of closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly advantageous
