Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Ikoyi & Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and introduce relevant services.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities, converting prospects into paying clients.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and visiting trade centers to meet with prospective customers
- Research and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain how the payment solutions can address specific client challenges, particularly around currency exchange, speed, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales or Business Development a plus.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in sales or business development roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or cross-border payments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
