Position Overview
- We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Lead to drive sales, business development, and partnership initiatives at Bankoto.
- As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and fostering strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proactively drive sales calls, business outreach, and outbound emails to generate sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, and other MS Office suites.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services and technology is a plus.

Remuneration
- N100,000 – N120,000 / Month Plus Commission
