Description
- We are seeking a Business Development assistant officer who will support our sales channels, customer acquisition and operations department in Port Harcourt.
- This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for the end-to-end processing sales, networks and leads for commercial operations and claims.
- The successful candidate will work with thel team to ensure timely and efficient sales operations and claims resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- The Operations officer will also be responsible for quality control and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of management experience in finance or insurance industry
- Demonstrated experience in commercial sales, claims, efficiency in customer service, processing and knowledge of industry regulations
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and quality control is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
