Job Description

  • We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join their dynamic real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the firm.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients and investors to promote the firm’s real estate offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase properties and services.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and identify new business leads.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field with 2-4 years experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
