Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients, including employers and organizations, who can benefit from our salary advance solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Acquisition and Product Demo:
- Present and demonstrate Salad Africa’s financial solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.
Business Development and Expansion:
- Continuously identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Salad Africa and establish connections within the financial and HR sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
