Title: Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary
- Provide strategic support in the implementation of the enterprise business performance system as well as the financial planning and budgeting framework.
- Coordinate the collation and analysis of subsidiary business performance reports explaining performance highlights and key drivers of variances
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any numerate discipline (e.g., Accounting, Engineering Mathematics, Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Professional accounting/finance certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA)
Work Experience:
- Minimum experience: 3 years relevant experience in finance with knowledge of accounting, budget/financial planning, financial reporting and balance scorecard implementation.
