Job Description
- Answer incoming calls and email from patients
- Respond to patients complaint
- Provide product and service information to patients
- Research required informaton using available research
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
