Title: Call Centre Representative
Location: Mowe, Ogun

Position Overview
- As a Call Center Representative at Redeemer’s Health Village, you will be the first point of contact for our patients/Customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
- You will handle in bound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the database
- Follow communication scripts and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM & ERM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
