JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To direct preventative repairs and maintenance procedures and ensure buildings and equipment are well maintained and in optimal working condition.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational activities in the assigned region.
  • Handles requests, gives immediate solution to complaints, and liaises with the third party
  • Contractors for solutions to other issues.
  • Keeps records and ensures the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule is carried out accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • First degree in Estate / Facilities Management, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Postgraduate degree, Professional certification

Experience

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in Facilities Management

3). Team Lead, Fixed Income and Money Market (Global Markets Operations)

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

About the Job

  • To effectively supervise settlement of local/foreign currency transactions and trade support, with the purpose of providing quality level of operational service in support of Global Market and other business and functional units within Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely settlement of transactions to avoid interest claims.
  • Timely recognition of income and charges.
  • Prevention of income leakage through timely and correct postings.
  • Timely attendance to customers’ queries via phone calls, e-mails and Swift messages at all times.
  • Timely process of customers’ transactions on the bank’s application and RTGS.
  • Ensure timely settlement of transactions.
  • Timely processing of Security bid on Bloomberg.
  • Ensure deals are done within approved limits.
  • Proper registration of all deal tickets.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and procedures.
  • Ensure our account CBN is reconciled daily and outstanding items queried.
  • Ensure correct booking of transactions on the banking application.
  • Timely reconciliation and query of outstanding items.
  • Ensure the integrity of data processed.
  • Zero defect in processing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • ACI certified
  • Minimum of 9 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of FI & MM Products like Bonds, T-bills, Commercial paper, Promissory notes, Repo, OBBs, ILF/SLF e.t.c.
  • Knowledge of settlement systems & processes, S4, FMDQ Q-ex, Euroclear, CSCS
