Job Description
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers or clients, providing them with information and assistance related to products, services, or transactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and efficient operations within retail stores, hotels, healthcare facilities, and various other businesses.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, and providing information about products, services, or facility amenities.
Cash Handling:
- Processing transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
Front Desk Operations:
- Managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel, and assisting with reservations or appointments.
Sales Support:
- Assisting customers with locating merchandise, suggesting upsells or promotional items, and ensuring shelves or display areas are stocked and organized.
