Job Summary

• We are seeking an organized, customer-oriented, and proactive Centre Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our workspace in Abuja.
• This individual will ensure that our members and visitors experience a seamless, professional, and welcoming environment.
• The Centre Administrator will manage facilities, coordinate bookings, and support customer inquiries to help our workspace function smoothly.

Responsibilities
A successful Centre Administrator will:

• Deliver exceptional service that enhances the workspace experience, resulting in high member satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage all workspace facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and fully operational.
• Resolve member and guest inquiries promptly and professionally, reflecting our commitment to customer excellence.
• Increase productivity within the space by effectively scheduling, organizing, and monitoring resources and services.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills that contribute to an efficient, harmonious workspace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• No experience is required but an open mind to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing top-tier customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
