Title: Client Account Specialist
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and agree SLAs and provide input into underpinning contracts.
- Prepare and present monthly statistics around SLA performance for both external and internal comsumption.
- Co-ordinate and compile timely ashboards and reports to a high professional standard.
- Attend service reviews with clients’ team where neccessary, ensure all services actions are pursued and the client is kept fully informed of their status.
- Understand your clients, their business and the services the company you respresent provide.
- Perform stakeholder & client relationship management.
- Carry out regular service reviews with both internal and, where relevant external customers.
- Ensure client roadmaps and requirements are understood and effectively communicated back into the business for further service improvement.
- Reslove issues in a timely fashion and understand when to escalate both at a hierarchal and functional level.
- Participate in major incident resolution and post incident reviews and activities where pertinent to your client’s services.
- Develop a detailed understanding of your client’s products and services and how customers deploy these in their infrastructure to undertand the customer experience.
- Use a matrix management approach to progress outstanding issues/get resolutions.
- Become a trusted contact for your client base.
- Keep excellent records of client’s interactions, process cutomer accounts and file documents.
- Monitor and ensure units 100% compliance and implementation of SLAs.
- Assist Sales Team in business acquisitions, planning, retention, and management.
- Assist in the development of proposals, bidding and tender documents.
- Participate n business meetings and presentations.
- Geberate revenue from cross selling, expansion, and business retention.
- Ensure a complete endorsed SLA from Sales Specialist.
- Reduce customer’s churn.
- Plan & Execute survey on clients.
- Timely feedback to clients’ compliants as at when due.
- Other duties/tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements / Skills
- HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Having a professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Must have a vast knowledge of Lagos State and its environment.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
