Job Overview
- The Client Conversion Specialist is responsible for converting walk-in clients into paying customers with our client, a luxury real estate firm. This role focuses on providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of the firm’s high-end properties.
- The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction and maximize conversion rates.
Core Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients, offering personalized attention to assess their property needs.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ preferences, budgets, and desired property features.
Property Presentation:
- Provide high-quality property information and recommendations tailored to each client’s needs, including virtual tours or in-person showings.
Conversion Strategy:
- Implement proven sales techniques to address concerns, answer questions, and build client confidence, guiding them toward purchasing decisions.
Follow-up and Relationship Building:
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients, following up on inquiries and nurturing long-term relationships for future sales.
Documentation and Coordination:
- Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to ensure a smooth sales process, including managing contracts and necessary paperwork.
Reporting:
- Track client interactions and conversion rates, providing feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury real estate or a similar high-value industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in-house with high profilewalk-in clients.
- Familiarity with the luxury real estate market is a plus.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
