Title: Client Manager (VIP)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Segment customer base.
  • Contact with our VIP Customers and new customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships by outbound calling, email, sms, whatsapp.
  • Understand and analyse activities and trend of high-value customers.
  • Develop effects and tools to encourage gaming activity.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Local Nigerian languages.
  • Basic understanding of customer psychology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience with cold calls and objections, sales experience would be a plus.
