Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, answer enquiries and troubleshoot complaints.
- Manage company phone lines: Answer all incoming calls and take messages.
- Sell company services to potential clients via cold calling and follow-ups.
- Plan, deliver and manage creative content on Social Media platforms.
- Raise Company profile and its services via email marketing & advertising.
- Handle receipt and outgoing deliveries of documents, parcels, dispatch, etc.
- Keep updated visitor records and files.
- Schedule/ conduct site visits and follow up effectively with clients till successful sales closure.
- Research and implement innovative trends and innovations in Customer Experience.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
Requirements
- First Degree holder with a minimum of 2-years experience in a Customer-Care-related role.
- Must be available to start Immediately.
- MUST reside within Ajah/ environs
- Excellent communication skills with courteous yet friendly disposition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 80% Social media handling skills; content creation and management
- Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette & branding.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and client interaction skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong organizing and time-management skills
- Focused and growth-minded
- Female (for gender balance)
