Job Summary

• We are seeking a Client Service Attendant to work at our store outlet in Lekki Phase 1.
• The Client Service Attendant is the first responder to walk-in customers at our physical location and online, via our social media channels.
• She assists buyers in making purchase decisions at the store

Job Description

• Take Clients’s purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit.
• Provide clients with helpful product information that will assist them in making a purchasing decision.
• Document and record orders on the POS system.
• Liase with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders.
• Respond to clients on social platforms
• Perform other ancillary duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any discipline.
• A polite and tech savvy.
• Resident in the Yaba, Lekki axis.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year online sales and client service experience.
• Interior Styling & flower decor experience is an added advantage.

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Very comfortable with using social media application.

Remuneration

• N50,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
