Job Summary
- We are seeking a Client Service Attendant to work at our store outlet in Lekki Phase 1.
- The Client Service Attendant is the first responder to walk-in customers at our physical location and online, via our social media channels.
- She assists buyers in making purchase decisions at the store
Job Description
- Take Clients’s purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit.
- Provide clients with helpful product information that will assist them in making a purchasing decision.
- Document and record orders on the POS system.
- Liase with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders.
- Respond to clients on social platforms
- Perform other ancillary duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- A polite and tech savvy.
- Resident in the Yaba, Lekki axis.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year online sales and client service experience.
- Interior Styling & flower decor experience is an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Very comfortable with using social media application.
Remuneration
- N50,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
