Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage agency relationship with client to deliver on set objectives
  • Assist to manage current and prospect accounts
  • Attending meetings, taking briefs and reporting on all brand activities
  • Conduct market research when necessary to further understand the client’s brand and business environment
  • Assist to prepare and possibly deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client
  • Negotiate effectively
  • Develop and evaluate strategy documents and offer constructive feedback
  • Help to maintain/grow existing businesses and prospect for new clients
  • Collaborate with different work groups and units to improve client support and satisfaction
  • Report to the CEO

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years PR agency or Marketing Communication
  • Degree in social sciences, mass communication, humanities, arts and languages added with problem-solving skills and a keen business sense
  • Self-confidence
  • Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Candidates should have strong links to the PR and Advertising industry
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
