Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to enquiries about the company and its services
  • Forward incoming administrative mails to respective staff or units.
  • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships
  • Respond to rate requests and liaise with account Unit when necessary
  • Provide regular updates to clients on their campaigns
  • Send mail to clients, 2 weeks before expiration date and do subsequent follow-up to ensure clients pay for renewal.
  • Take pictures and send in-charge report to clients at the beginning of each campaign.
  • Take traffic/Geotag pictures with monitoring code and send to clients when necessary.
  • Work in synergy with the operations team to ensure quality and timely delivery of campaign.
  • Manage the relationship between the organization and clients.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as fast as possible
  • Update available, occupied, defaults boards on the App, excel sheet and power point slide on a daily basis.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  • Handle all possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow established communication or client service procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform other assigned functions.

Front Desk:

  • Promptly, professionally receives and assesses all incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-directs said call or message to its appropriate beneficiary.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Maintains requisite supplies of office stationery including papers, staplers, items, and first aid box.
  • Ensures reception area is kept neat, clean, and noiseless.
  • Arrange food and beverages for the MD & guests, when the need arises, after seeking the appropriate approval.
  • To always maintain office decorum and a high degree of quality communication between the various parties concerned.
  • Performs routine office tasks as necessary for the presentation of a professional office.
