Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their journey with the company.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, providing accurate information and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client travel needs and preferences, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality transportation services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional services, such as premium packages or customized travel solutions, enhancing client value.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services, continuously updating knowledge to enhance client interactions.
  • Prepare and present tailored service offerings to clients, highlighting the company’s strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics, and implement feedback-driven improvements to elevate the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client service or customer support roles, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse client groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving client issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
