Title: Client Services Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for maintaining direct communication between the company and its clients to ensure the smooth flow of project operations, meeting the clients’ specifications and business goals, generating revenues for the company, and increasing its profitability

Responsibilities
Operational Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients and promptly respond to all client inquiries.
  • Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly activity reports for their assigned clients.
  • Timely and prompt response to all the client/management queries.
  • Liaise with the Operations team as necessary to address client needs and monitor client transaction processing.
  • Constantly monitors and analyses assigned client accounts in order to assure accurate and successful processing.
  • Identifies potential problems with client accounts before they occur and works to eliminate future occurrences. Works to correct problems that do occur and to prevent them from recurring in the future.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client credentialing and payment schedules.
  • Review and if necessary, correct all client weekly invoice reports as per the requirements from the finance team.
  • Constantly check and review if there are any changes/modifications that are to be done to the account protocols for all the assigned clients
  • Uphold company compliance policies and HIPAA compliance rules.
  • Checking and submitting weekly and monthly invoices to the finance team for billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree & HND in Sociology, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum of 3years post NYSC
  • Relevant Professional Certification will be added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication along with good interpersonal skills is a must.
