Job Title: Client Success Assistant

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Success Assistant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and liaising with schools on their behalf.
  • This role requires a keen understanding of the unique needs and preferences of HNIs, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations.

Scope:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families seeking Educational Consulting services and ensure all inquiries and requests are promptly and professionally handled.
  • Proactively monitor the client’s progress, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Coordinate initial welcome/consultation sessions with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain a comprehensive client report, allowing for a seamless experience and personalized approach throughout their journey with us.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Assist the Client Success team in gathering client feedback through surveys, calls, or emails to improve existing services, identify new market needs, and inform business development strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a client relationship management role, preferably with high net-worth individuals.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, showcasing expertise in client relationship management or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating the capability to address client concerns and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage client interactions, projects, and related tasks.
  • Comfortable using relevant software and tools to enhance client communication and streamline relationship management.
  • Proactive and responsive attitude, anticipating and addressing clients’ needs to contribute positively to client satisfaction.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
