Job Title: Cloud, Infrastructure and Platform Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain controls necessary to protect software and applications in accordance with security requirements (operating systems, applications, database management systems, web-based PCI applications, commercial off-the-shelf COTS/open source; maintenance)
• Maintain controls necessary to protect networks, hardware, and systems in accordance with security requirements (intrusion prevention/detection)
• Maintain controls necessary to protect the network/Internet perimeter in accordance with security requirements (firewalls, DMZ, network connections, third-party connectivity, remote access, VPNs)
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and detect and prevent Network-Based Malware
• Implement approved changes for networks, software and systems, and review Network Access Control
• Review and maintain Storage Security and ensure Secure Storage Media Destruction
• Implement Cryptographic Services on infrastructure and Applications and key Infrastructure Protocols Security
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head, Security Engineering/Chief Information Security Officer
• Develop and maintain software, application and network inventories (Including wireless)
• Manage configurations for software, network devices and applications
• Maintain software, application, network, and information assets inventories (Including wireless)
• Manage configurations for software, network devices and applications
• Research security enhancements; make recommendations to management and implement security solutions
• Implement and maintain PCI DSS, ISO 27001 compliance
• Review and maintain information asset and database security.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science and Analytics or any related discipline.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); ISO 27001 LI/LA, PCI DSS ISA, CCNA and other network related certifications; OCP and other database related certifications; MS Windows, Linux and other operating system related certifications will be an added advantage.
