Job Description
- A collection agent’s primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and WhatsApp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payments on debts. To speak with them persuasively.
Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Flexibility in handling computers (Computer literate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Contact due and overdue customers informing them about their loan status and collect the loan back from the customers.
- Negotiate loan payment and repayment schedules.
- Identify and escalate priority issues e.g. fraudulent customers.
- Investigate historical data for debts.
- Resolve customers’ repayment issues.
- Keeping accurate records and updating customers’ accounts on all collection activity.
Remuneration
- Basic N60,000 monthly. Also attractive bonus. HMO, and other benefits.
- Added advantage if you have loan collection experience.
