REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualifications: University degree up to ‘master’s or equivalent degree
• Language: Knowledge of English, and French – C2-level in the Common European Framework of Reference
• General professional experience: 7 years of professional experience in developing and operationalising communication strategies, including for regional organisations
• Specific professional experience: 8 reference projects for consulting projects or organisations on both the prevention of disinformation and enhancement of gender equality
• Professional experience in the country/ region of assignment: 4 years of professional experience in the ECOWAS region
• Experience in the field of development cooperation: 3 years of experience in development cooperation projects
