• The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that Gtext Holdings complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The Compliance Officer will oversee and manage all regulatory compliance matters and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks.
• This role involves analyzing compliance data, conducting investigations, and reporting to senior management.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Financial Acumen
• Problem-Solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field
• Relevant professional certification in compliance or related field
• Experience in a regulated industry such as finance or healthcare is a plus
