Job Title: Contact Centre Staff

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Make outbound calls to customers for issue resolution and inform them about of new products, services and policies.
  • Review callers’ information, providing updates and information about the callers
  • Work with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Provide training for new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
  • Develop documentation on service improvements

Requirements

  • OND, HND, B.Sc in any of Plant Science, Crop Science, & any other related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Language Proficiency in English, Hausa (Yoruba and/or Igbo is a plus).
