Job Description

  • Responsible for process of securing admission and study visa for all registered students in order to achieve set conversion target per intake and ensuring partner institutions are well served by meeting agreed enrolment target for them while ensuring strict compliance to PFL Policies and procedures as regards data.

Work closely with:
Sales:

  • Ensuring students are properly guided in making appropriate choices of destination, institution, program and course.
  • Ensuring that counsellors are well trained to be able to provide proper guidance to prospects before registering.
  • Communicate clearly as to expectations about student quality for each destination.
  • Verifying that student records match (or not) their expectations as advised by counsellors.
  • Achieving a minimum of 50% Conversion/registration rate and device a means to ensure constant improvement on the rate of enrollments.
  • Ensure all PFL partner institutions materials regarding courses, materials and procedures are kept up-to-date.
  • Maintain a constantly interactive follow-up and feedback system with clients from registration to visa success.
  • Collates, monitor and report all conversion activities to the line manager as and when due.
  • Promptly identify and communicate challenges relating to conversion processes and suggest solutions where available.

Counselling & Visa Application:

  • Properly manage all allocated clients’ applications and promptly move clients progressively and timely through the various application/visa counselling stages till completion.
  • Educate clients on the necessary requirements for processing admission or study visa in different schools
  • Counsel and provide up-to-date information and status on allocated registered students.

Reporting:

  • Submission of daily/weekly/monthly branch report to Conversion Manager and any other related unit of the company as may be required.
  • Monitor and submit weekly/monthly report on conversion activities and conversion rates and ensure that any concerns are raised in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Keep a daily record of all students whose admission have been successful and ensure proper communication of updates to clients while managing expectations from both students and university view points
  • Submit a commission spreadsheet and necessary supporting documents (CAS, COE, I20, LOA, Authority form, etc) to the conversion manager at the end of every intake.
  • Ensure regular contacts with enrolled student to assist in times of need or to retrieve or communicate important information from/to student as may be required

Follow up and Customer Service:

  • To actively follow up offer holders, giving guidance to support them in their decision-making process and enabling them to successfully reach their goals.
  • work alongside with the sales department to develop, deliver, and evaluate conversion campaigns such as calling campaigns, ‘Ask A Student’ email communication campaigns, webinars, or other student led communication and conversion activity such that these activities are complimentary to the offer holders and this have a demonstrable impact upon conversion.Governance:
  • Comply with PFL Governance procedures including (but not limited to) the storage of data, student and conversion procedures and documents (especially relating to Terms and Conditions, etc).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND (International qualification will be an advantage)
  • Considerable experience in a client facing role – essential
  • Experience of working in international education – Required.
  • Customer service management – desirable

Professional Experience:

  • Must have at least one year experience in the area of international education.
  • Considerable experience of coordinating operations within an organization.
