Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance and Investment Banker.
- The successful candidate will assist In providing financial advisory services to corporations, institutions, and government entities in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, and strategic planning.
- This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
- Developing financial models and valuations to support investment recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to structure and execute complex financial transactions
- Providing strategic financial advice to clients on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and industry developments to identify new investment opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Presenting investment recommendations and strategic advice to clients and senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing financial transactions and providing strategic financial advice
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
