Capital Funnel Limited, a registered money lending company located in Victoria Island, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Title: Credit Risk/Marketing Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessment of creditworthiness of all prospective clients to ascertain their suitability for loan request
- Review and evaluate the existing product efficiency in the market situation and make necessary adjustment in order to meet the client’s needs.
- Design an effective system to ensure the team provides accurate report on existing and new business opportunities
- Monitor, Supervise and drive the credit officers to ensure delivery of their individual and global target.
- Critically examine financial transactions and credit history of clients presented by the Marketing team on a case by case basis (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc.)
- Monitoring of loans to ensure compliance with credit policy
- Compute models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
Qualifications / Experience
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience as a Sales Team Lead/Credit Risk Officer in the Microfinance sector
- Demonstrated and proven sales result
- Indepth understanding of the Microfinance Banking sector.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time and people efficiently.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
