  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the CRM system to effectively track and analyze customer data, interactions, and feedback.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.
  • Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and other customer communication channels.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve CRM strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools, with experience in implementation and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer communication platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be available to resume work immediately.
