  • Exemplar Projects Group PTY LTD, an established company based in Australia, is expanding its operations in Nigeria for Africa’s Service and Errand Marketplace – SWAVE.
  • We seek highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team for our Nationwide Campus Campaign, especially in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Osun, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Benin, Anambra, Jos, and Port Harcourt. This will be a contract role and COMMISSION-based between 1-3 months with the potential for full staff conversion.
  • As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Platform. Your role involves field campaigns, engagement, registering targeted users, and converting them to users on the SWAVE Marketplace during the field marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Prospecting:

  • Identify potential customers through Field Marketing Campaigns, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects.

Lead Conversion:

  • Engage with potential users and convert them to users.
  • Assist them to join the SWAVE Marketplace and connect with other users.

Sales Strategies:

  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations team to align acquisition efforts with overall brand and product strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and assess the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
