Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and complaints
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products or services
  • Offer solutions to customer problems and issues

Issue Resolution:

  • Troubleshoot technical problems or service-related issues
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs
  • Collect customer feedback and suggestions for improvement

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes
  • Suggest and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

  • HND / BA / B.Sc Degree in Public Relations, Communication and other social sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years proven professional experience.
  • Passionate about Social Media.
  • Strong Understanding of how Social Media can be used to achieve business goals.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
