Job Brief

• We are looking for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly & Conducive atmosphere for our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and provide relevant information to clients
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
• Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• 1- 3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative role or front desk.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
• Strong customer focus with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Word or any other computer software/application

Salary
N60,000 – N800,000 monthly.
