Job Summary
- The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This role involves handling communication through various channels and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Requirements
- National Diploma (OND) in any course of study.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
