Job Description
- Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
- Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
- Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email, and social media.
- Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
- Attend to walk-in clients and provide all the required assistance needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet sales targets by following up on leads and closing deals.
- Assist in any capacity required in relating with the company’s clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc in any field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Customer Care Representative.
- Experience as a sales person is vital.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
