Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Wuse 2 , Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, both in person and via phone or email.
- Assist patients with registration, verifying necessary documents, and updating patient records.
- Provide accurate information about the clinic’s services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
- Guide patients to the appropriate department or personnel based on their needs.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management if necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information.
- Liaise with doctors, lab technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing emails.
Job Requiremenst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Humanities, or relevant fields.
- Minimum of two years experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to multitask, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software, billing systems, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accuracy in handling patient data, billing, and administrative tasks.
- Must present a neat, polite, and courteous demeanor.
- Must handle a fast-paced environment, especially during peak clinic hours.
