Description
- We’re seeking a friendly, empathetic, and results-driven Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos. As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting our brand values. If you’re a customer-focused and communicative individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in customer service
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, one interaction at a time!
Salary
- N250,000 – N450,000 monthly.
