Job Description

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails
• Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
• Listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
• Providing information about products and services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
