Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Corps Member)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: NYSC

Job Summary

  • As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.
  • You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner and handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize performance and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Soft skills in customer service or related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
