Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Answer their questions.
- Assist them with their needs.
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 9 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
