Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience frominitial contact to post-sales follow-up to ensureevery interaction is memorable.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customers’ inquires and messages via WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable designs for various occasions.
- Ensure accurate communication of design to the production team for precise execution.
- Conducts quality checks, fittings and follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Previous experience in a fashion house or retail setting and sales.
- Strong communication skillsand ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Must be available to start immediately.
