Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Expert to join our dynamic team.
  • This role is vital in ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities and resources.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

RequirementsGreet Visitors:

  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors, providing information about the company and its services.
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Manage the main phone line, direct calls to the appropriate staff, and relay important messages.

Manage Front Desk Operations:

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized while monitoring front desk security.
  • Facilities and Resources Management: Oversee the usage and maintenance of meeting rooms and office supplies.Administrative Support: Assist with sorting mail, managing appointments, coordinating meetings, and providing support to other departments.Issue Visitor Passes: Distribute visitor badges and maintain a visitor log.Receive and Route Deliveries: Accept deliveries and notify the appropriate staff members.Handle Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information.Collaborate with Other Departments: Ensure smooth communication and coordination with other departments.Performance Goals & Metrics:
  • Visitor Satisfaction: Achieve a 95% positive feedback rating from visitors and customers within the probationary period.Response Time: Ensure all phone calls and inquiries are answered and resolved within 2 minutes.
  • Front Desk Management: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in visitor logs and appointment scheduling.Facility Utilization: Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and ready for use 100% of the time, with zero complaints about facilities.

Educational Requirement:

  • National Certificate in Education (NCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant field.
