Job Description
- The Customer Service Agent is the initial point of contact for LifeBank customers.
- This role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, onboarding and managing vendors and delivering suitable solutions within designated time frames.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, messages and web chat enquiries from existing and prospective customers, process, place and schedule dispatch of orders accurately.
- Stockbank and oxygen invoice reconciliations.
- Vendor management.
- Order payment reconciliations and follow ups.
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
- Escalate complex issues for proper resolution.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Salary
30,000 Kes Monthly.
