Lumos provides clean, cheap solar energy to a market of 1.3 billion prospective customers that live off the grid. Lumos enables people to replace dangerous and costly kerosene generators and lanterns with contemporary solar electricity capable of powering lights, telephones, fans, laptops, TVs, and other tiny electrical devices (all at once, every day). Lumos provides a simple and reasonable alternative for families and small companies to pay for power in modest installments using mobile money or other fintech solutions by selling Solar Power.

Location: Sanya, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 3 Months Contractual Employment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND / B.Sc and relevant qualification or its equivalent).
• Candidate shall have Post Graduate Experience of one (1) year.
• He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to speak Englishand Yorubais a must.
• The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English andYoubaand any other language is a must.
• He / she must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• This is a 3-month contractual job and candidates should be available to work in shifts from 8am-7pm.
