Job Description
- Customer facing role with support to CEO
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact for new customers
- Follow up with customers with upcoming events
- Administrative Support to CEO
Requirements
- A candidate with Events Management Experience will be helpful.
- Top notch Customer Service Skills
- Effective Communication Skills – Phone Calls, Whatsapp and Emails.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF
- Social Media Knowledge/Basic Content Creation ( Not Compulsory)
- Good attitude/Friendly/Patient
- Live around Sangotedo, Ajah, Abraham Adesanya Axis only.
Salary
- N100,000 / Month (Net)
